1. acceptance of terms

by using iz, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. service description

iz is a location-based app where users can leave and discover anonymous traces (short texts and photos) at physical locations.

3. user accounts

• you must be at least 13 years old to use iz
• you're responsible for your account security
• one account per person

4. content guidelines

when creating traces, you agree not to post:

• illegal content
• harassment or hate speech
• personal information of others
• spam or commercial content
• explicit or violent content

we may remove content that violates these guidelines.

5. intellectual property

• you own the content you create
• you grant iz a license to display your content
• iz branding and code are our property

6. trace lifecycle

• traces are visible within 50 meters of their location
• traces fade after 25 days without reads
• traces expire completely after 30 days

7. termination

we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. you can delete your account anytime from settings.

8. disclaimer

iz is provided "as is" without warranties. we're not responsible for user-generated content or service interruptions.

9. changes

we may update these terms. continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
